As well as reporting on existing databases, I work with my clients to be able to grow their databases - allowing us to reach more of the right people. This can be done through working with press relations, utilising social media or running website competitions.

Analytics.

The DMA believe that for every £1 spent on email marketing, there is a £35 return. I support my clients with their ROI analysis and analytics after each campaign.

Copywriting.
